Hey everyone!!

well the weekend just came to and end and i`m back to work , but i had to show u where i spent my weekend, yes guys!! we have a hotel, a real one!!

i have always entered the events that say hotel, but rarely they look like one, but this one was great, and there were many yovillians working on it, at the reception, at the door, someone that took u to ur rooms, at the cafe, etc.. great service everyone, loved my room!!!

My first post and its about scams!

On YoVille my name is Bella and im the newest member of The YV Times.
To keep YoVille my favourite place on Facebook i want all the scammers gone!
So to help the yovillians, my first post here will be about scammers and their idiotic behavior.

This post will be bookmarked and updated so that the citizens of YoVille can get updated on what scams to watch out for.

• "Double your money": This is probably the oldest scam. Every day i see ppl yelling out "i'll double your money"This is a scam for sure! They will tell you to give him or her money and then they will double your return. Many ppl have fallen for this scam.When you see this happen, report him or her!
• Hardwood floor: It can be risky to buy the dark hardwood floor on sales.
  In the furniturestore there is a square table in the same material.
  Scammers will sell what you believe is the hardwood floor (retail 1000 coins)
  Then when you get back to your place you will discover that you have purchased a table.
  To make it safer i can show you the difference.

• VIP-cards: There is no such thing!!!Scammers will try to sell you a VIP-card that doesnt exist (yet anyway)And the only thing you will recieve is a towel.There are no cards or codes so dont fall for it.When it comes to the VIP-robes its different. By a mistake, a glitch in the game, these robes (hugh hefner-robes) became available in the mens department in the fashion store.So, some ppl have this robe, but dont buy it because VIP-items will be for sale in the near future.
• Lavalamps: It can also be risky to buy lavalamps on sales.A scammer may try to sell you a big lavalamp for 700 coins (retail is 1000 coins) and then when you get back to your place you have bought a small lavalamp (retail is 500 coins)So be careful.
• Rate and get coins: This is a scam i've seen a lot lately.The scammer will start an event that says something like "Rate thumbs up and recieve 20 coins" or "Rate thumbs up and the 200th will recieve 500 coins"This is most likely also a scam.After you have rated tha owner will simply kick you out.
• Games and pagents: On the eventlist u can often see events where ther's a fee. Sometimes its made up games or beautypagents. Im not saying, dont do it because a lot of the times everyting goes great, especially with pagents. But still, be careful.

While the devs have said there is not yet a VIP status, here are shots of the ladies VIP jackets in the clothing store.

This is causing much confusion to some unsuspecting YoVillians. Scammers are selling VIP passes and some poor guy or gal ends up with a 500 - 800 coin beach towel.

While many Yovillle residents would shrug this matter off, many that have actually bought coins might see it as a more serious matter.

The YoVille Times hopes all YoVillians are informed in the matter.

Yet More Lava Lamp Scams

Our undercover reporter BlueHaze is standing beside the small and large lava lamps. The large goes for 1000 and small for 500 in the YoVille Furniture store.

There have been reports of people selling small lamps for large.

Advertizing as large for 600 to 800 and when the unknowing Yovillian makes it home they have a small 500 coin lamp.

We at the YoVille Times hope you are forwarned and buy your lavas from someone you trust or the furniture store.

The new undercover reporter is already making progress by publishing stories and events. So not much stuff have yet been discovered, and all that is up to Bluehaze and ACE...

Did you read the title of the event, "Rate and get 2000"? It even says when you click on the title that the 250th rater will get 2000... How is that possible when the rating for the room is -5 and the room isn't even that good?

Deal for Hot Tub

Is he serious? Asking to buy a hot tub, which costs $7500 at the store, for only 1951! A lot of crazy people are here on yoville...

Doesn't that guy look like he's part of the lamp? Well apparently he is as the new reporter Ziad spotted him at a retro party. Well no one knows what you might see next!

Rate Scam

This guy named Mohammad was holding an event that said he would pay 100 coins for every rate. Our reporter watched as each person that said they rated he kicked out of the apartment. When he saw we were on to him he left.

Here is the VIP selection robe in the men's clothing line. The Dev's have said the robe was put out prematurely and there is no VIP section. Be warned and do not buy the VIP tickets that are being scammed at this time. Wait to recieve a confirmation from YoVille of a VIP section.

Our undercover reporter went to Baran's disco party. The elite of the elite were in attendance. See the robe Baran has on. It is a VIP item in mens clothing.

Overselling Lava Lamps

This chick Sofia was trying to sell this blue lava for 4500. People are confused and will buy because they were not available for a while. The lamp is going for 1000 at store.

Lava Lamps available at YoVille Furniture Store

The lava lamps are finally available to every YoVillian at the YoVille Furniture store unter the Theme or Collectable categories.

Our undercover reporter bought two blue from the 70's, for her undercover apartment. She paid 1000 for the large and 500 for the small.

The red and yellow lamps are in the collectable items at higher prices. 6000 for large which our reporter feels is too much.

There are many other funky new items in the 70's Themes.

YoVille Ball Pit

Our reporter went through a teleport into a ball pit. Believing some yovillians could be stuck under the balls and not get out alive, she called the YoVille rescue squad.

Cinderella's Rooftop

Our undercover reporter visited a place called Cinderella's Rooftop. It was a magical inspired trip through a maze of rooms and teleport doors. Cinderella and some of her friends and relatives were the visionaries of a fantastic trip, one you will want to take again and again.
